Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On November 15, 2019, Midwest Energy Emissions Corp. (the “Company”) terminated the employment of Richard H. Gross, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective as of December 15, 2019. Mr. Gross was terminated without cause and his separation from the Company is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
