Our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2023 (the “Quarterly Report”) cannot be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because we require additional time to complete the presentation of our financial statements to be included therein and to insure adequate disclosure of certain information required to be included in the Quarterly Report. We expect to file the Quarterly Report within the extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

We generated revenues of approximately $4,112,000 and $5,129,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and approximately $7,124,000 and $8,470,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively. The decrease in revenues from prior year periods is primarily due to the decreased supply demands from our customer base in the first six months of 2023, offset by an increase in licensing revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2023.
